Konami's PC Engine, TurboGrafx and CoreGrafx get the micro console retro treatment

After Sony royally screwed up the PlayStation Mini, Konami is having a stab at retro-nostalgia in micro console format, and has hopefully learnt a few lessons. Konami is miniaturising NEC/Hudson Soft's PC Engine, which was pretty dinky to begin with.

Available in three different designs (and names inc. TurboGrafx and CoreGrafx) across the US, Japan and EU, because things were crazier in the late eighties, it will come with a decent bunch of games with six announced so far.

They're R-Type (the game that made we want one so much, even though they were super-expensive),
New Adventure Island, Ninja Spirit, Ys Book I & II, Dungeon Explorer and Alien Crush. Different games will be on offer in the various regions, so Japan Super Star Soldier, making this for a confused release.

But, if you were too young or poor back in the day, or not born and just have that retro fetish, this is definitely one for you. Here's hoping Konami don't stuff it up like Sony managed.
